runDisney news October 23-November 5, 2017

Hi Friends! I still can’t believe it’s November!! The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is coming to a close and the holidays are right around the corner. Disney Parks are magically transforming from Halloween to Christmas! This is definitely my favorite time of year. Apologies for not posting last week: I was celebrating Halloween in Walt Disney World! In case you missed it, here’s the latest runDisney news from the last two weeks:

The biggest runDisney announcement this week was the official unveiling of the 2018-2019 official runDisney race calendar, including registration and event dates:

Congratulations to all runners who participated in this weekend’s 2017 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend — Presented by MISFIT! I hope all your weeks of training and hard work paid off, and that you are celebrating in style at Epcot! I absolutely loved last year’s race weekend and hope to run again in the near future.

*Please note: if you really want to participate in a race and it is no longer available on runDisney, check your local travel agent as runDisney provides entries to them in an effort to boost their businesses. Bibs will have to come with a ticket and lodging package. You may also consider running the race on behalf of a charity. All charity runners are expected to fundraise. Check the charity listing on each race for more information.
