2018 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend : Tips & Tricks


We’re three weeks away from the 2018 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend – Presented by MISFIT™! 
You’ve been training hard all summer and you’ve likely already booked your accommodations, flights, dining reservations, and FP+s. It won’t be long now until you are in Walt Disney World Resort!

I ran the 2016 Wine & Dine Half Marathon and had a blast. I can’t wait to run again this year as a Two Course Challenge-er. Whether this is your first Wine & Dine weekend or you’re a “Perfect” Wine & Dine-r, you are bound to have a fun, festive race and celebratory post-race party!

September Intentions

 

And just like that, summer is over. While it was a hot and humid season, and I’m not necessarily sad summer is over, change is always hard for me. BUT, fall is my favorite season and Tommy and I have so many fun and exciting plans. For starters…WE ARE ENGAGED! Tommy proposed to me on September 1st in Maine, which was a complete surprise to me. While I want to revel in this special time, I have a tendency to get anxious about planning, and future, and finances. SO, my original September intentions would have looked much different, but now given our huge, exciting news, I need to prioritze. With that, here are my intentions for September:

The 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival begins today! Hooray!

My family and I first visited Walt Disney World in October 1999. Between the Millennium Celebration and all of the international food booths, I quickly fell in love with the Epcot festival atmosphere. Things certainly looked different back then!
